• Images Before & After Task Completion (uploaded by the cleaner)

• If enabled, we may collect your real-time location to help supervisors track work progress.
• Location data is only used during active tasks and is not shared with third parties.

d) Device & Usage Data
To enhance security and improve performance, we collect:
• Device Information (OS version, device type)
• IP Address
• App Crash Logs
• Usage Data (task updates, login times)

We use collected data to:

With Supervisors & Admins – Task updates and cleaner performance details are shared within the
app.
With Third-Party Services – We use Google Firebase (for authentication, push notifications,
analytics) and AWS/Azure (for secure cloud storage).
For Legal Reasons – If required by law, we may disclose necessary data to comply with regulations.
All third-party services follow strict GDPR & CCPA compliance for data protection.
